Pristine Hood Cleaning Company, LLC

1. Services Provided

Pristine Hood Cleaning Company, LLC provides professional kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning services, including grease removal, filter cleaning/replacement, fan and ductwork cleaning, and compliance inspections in accordance with NFPA 96 standards.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Service pricing is determined based on system size, grease buildup, and service frequency.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee per month.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Services must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours' notice; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Access to Equipment

  • The client must provide full access to all kitchen exhaust components, including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters.

  • If access is blocked or unavailable at the time of service, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

5. Compliance & Liability

  • Pristine Hood Cleaning Company, LLC follows NFPA 96 guidelines to ensure fire safety compliance.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, system malfunctions, or issues arising from grease buildup outside our scheduled service.

6. Warranty & Service Guarantee

  • We guarantee that our cleaning services meet industry standards.

  • Any concerns regarding service must be reported within 3 days for resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Pristine Hood Cleaning Company, LLC is not responsible for loss of business, equipment failure, or damage resulting from grease accumulation between scheduled services.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By scheduling service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
